On 27 August 2026, the Shanghai Institute for European Studies (SIES) held the "Biennial Report of European Economies (2025-2026)" writing progress meeting. Professor Ding Chun, the president of SIES, expressed gratitude in his speech for the active participation of all authors. Professor Yang Fengmin, the supervisor of SIES and the director of the academic committee for EU studies, clearly set out the writing requirements regarding the regions and countries covered by the report, the time span, as well as the content framework, analytical dimensions, data indicators, writing norms, chart annotations, risk outlooks, references, etc. Dai Chengjuan, Jiang Yunfei, Jiang Zunze, Liao Jia, Qiu Qiang, Sun Dingdong, Wang Yuzhu, Wu Jiwei, Xin Hua, Xu Mingqi, Xue Sheng, Yang Haifeng, Yang Zhengzhen, Zhu Yichen, Zhu Yufang, etc. attended the meeting.
