On November 28, 2025, the international conference “The Current State and Prospects of China-CEEC Cooperation” was held at Tongji University. The event was hosted by the German Studies Center of Tongji University, co-organized by the Shanghai Institute for European Studies, and supported by the Secretariat of China-Central and Eastern Europe Cooperation. Academics from universities and think tanks in Shanghai, Beijing, and Europe engaged in discussions, with a focus on the evolving characteristics of China-CEEC cooperation as well as the challenges and opportunities present across multiple sectors.
