On August 13, 2025, President Ding Chun led a group to visit Shanghai Foreign Investment Development Board. Director Xue Feng of the Board introduced the Board’s development history, departmental structure, recent efforts such as organizing and participating in exhibitions, receiving visiting delegations, as well as the situation of overseas investment and international trade in Shanghai.
President Ding Chun presented an overview of SIES’s main exchange activities and key research directions in the recent period. Both sides communicated on cooperation matters.
Also participating in the research discussion were Secretary General Yang Haifeng and Director Zhu Yichen of SIES, as well as Minister Jiang Min, Minister Zhao Yongqiang, Minister Liu Gang, and Director Yang Zhengzhen of the Board.
